I have nothing but good things to say about Joe Banick. Joe found us a home in 2002 and did such a great job that we recommended him to several of our friends--whom he found homes for--and our friends recommended Joe to several of their friends--whom he found homes for.
Eleven years later when we "grew out" of our townhome, we contacted Joe again. He immediately took the time for several hours on many Saturdays to find us a home. When we got cold feet, Joe didn't try to "talk us out of it" or try to convince us to "keep trying". He simply reassured us that home buying can be a scary thing sometimes and that if and when we're ready, he'd be there for us. We felt terrible about having Joe spend so many hours for us all for nothing. But sure enough, when we were ready, we contacted Joe once again. He found the perfect home for us.
Joe doesn't have a "salesman" personality--he's very easy going and has a calming demeanor. He is more of a "guide" and guided us through the entire process. He sat with us when we met with the seller and put all the real estate jargon in terms we could understand. We knew we could call or text Joe at anytime with any question--big or small--and Joe would get back to us.
Everyone has "their guy" that they would recommend to their friend when it comes to buying a house...Joe will be "your guy". I wish I could do more business with him, but he found us the perfect house that we will never need to move again!
